Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Gardener to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have a deep interest in horticulture and a comprehensive knowledge of planting, pruning, weed control, and the use of garden equipment. This role requires someone who can maintain and enhance the beauty of our garden year-round.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planting and Pruning: Skillfully plant new flora and prune existing plants to ensure they thrive.
• Weed Control: Implement effective weed control measures to maintain the garden's aesthetic and health.
• Garden Equipment Use: Operate and maintain garden equipment, ensuring all tools are used safely and efficiently.
• Seasonal Maintenance: Adapt gardening techniques to suit seasonal changes, ensuring the garden remains vibrant throughout the year.
• Event Preparation: Prepare the garden for fundraisers and charity events, ensuring it looks its best for guests.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a gardener with a strong portfolio of past work.
• Extensive knowledge of horticulture, particularly with perennial plants.
• Proficiency in using a variety of garden tools and equipment.
• Excellent understanding of plant care, including planting, pruning, and weed control.
