The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this position will possess exceptional communication skills and be highly organized. They are seeking an individual who genuinely enjoys cleaning, cooking, and caring for pets. The right candidate must love dogs, as the client has two beloved canine companions whose care, including feeding, walking, and cleaning up after them, is a required part of the role.
Cooking responsibilities will involve grocery shopping and preparing three healthy meals per day for the family. The client's residence is 7,000 square foot home, and the successful applicant must be willing to follow the established cleaning schedule that has worked well for the client's previous housekeepers.
Additionally, the ideal candidate must be open to traveling at least once a month to one of the client's other homes located throughout the United States. Many of the travel days are on the weekends so flexibility is required. When the client travels to other destinations, they require the candidate to be able to remain at the primary residence to care for the dogs.
What Works Best for Family:
The ideal candidate for this family would excel at time management and have the ability to handle a diverse range of daily responsibilities. A typical workday would involve arriving at 8 AM and departing at 6 PM, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of occasional Sunday shifts to allow for the completion of any outstanding work duties as needed.
The day would begin with the candidate preparing breakfast for the family, followed by running light errands such as grocery shopping for healthy meals or making Amazon returns.
