Full-Time Live-In Housekeeper in Riverdale, NY
Position: Full-Time Live-In Housekeeper

We are a warm and welcoming family in Riverdale, NY, seeking a dedicated and experienced live-in housekeeper to join our household. We are a Kosher Family of 5 with 3 children ages 4, 3, and 1. The children are in childcare full-time, but having a housekeeper that is able to be an extra set of hands before and after school is ideal!
Responsibilities:
- Assist with children in the mornings and evenings, including help with dinner and bedtime routines. If there is no daycare, the Housekeeper will assist with childcare (Primarily Federal Holidays)
- General housekeeping duties, including cleaning, organizing, and laundry. Someone able to prioritize high-traffic areas in the home while also putting the home on a room-by-room cleaning schedule.
- Experience with Kosher practices is preferred, but we are happy to provide training if needed. Cooking is not required, but someone who can help peel vegetables or warm food for the kids is important.
- Unpack grocery delivery & amazon packages
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday (live-in during weekdays, weekends off). Family prefers someone to go home on days off, but can be flexible for the right candidate.
- Hours: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, with breaks during the day. (7am-8am, help get kids ready for school w/ mom & 5:30-7:30, help mom with kids/bedtime)
Compensation:
- $1,200 - $1,500 per week, depending on experience
