What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nanny, End/April-May 2025 Hire position at Household Staffing?
First-time Annandale, NJ (Hunterdon County) parents are looking to hire an experienced and engaging Nanny to help care for their baby girl (birthday Nov 22) beginning end/April-May 2025 when they go back to work. They both work remotely and would like someone qualified, responsible, and young-spirited, with a go-with-the-flow attitude, to watch and engage with their daughter in age-appropriate activities. Someone who will ensure their baby is happy, healthy, and thriving. Responsibilities will also include feeding/child meal preparations, diaper changes, and nap time.
As their baby gets older, they look forward to introducing their love for nature and gardening to her and have it be a large part of her play/learning.

About the Family
Adults: 2, easy-going, light-hearted parents work from home, and although they have their offices upstairs, they will be seeing a lot of each other throughout the day. They love living in a place where there is much to explore outside and love to get outside as much as possible. They enjoy music and are lively. Someone with similar qualities would be a great fit.
Dog: 1, Friendly, medium-sized dog (50 lb) Australian Kelpie. The only responsibilities would be to open the sliding glass door in the kitchen for the good boy every once in a while so they can come and go as needed.
Position Responsibilities
- Childcare: (G) 4-month-old (Birthday, Nov. 20, 2025)
- Light Housekeeping: Child-related, light tidying, maintaining children's area and shared spaces
- Cooking: Children's Meals Only. Currently, baby girl is exclusively formula-fed - she is taking a hypoallergenic formula because she developed eczema around 2 months old due to an insensitivity to wheat, milk, egg, and soy being passed through the breast milk. They have not started her on solids yet, but once they do, they will need to avoid these foods when they start introducing her to solid foods.
- Petcare: Open the sliding glass door in the kitchen for the good boy every once in a while so they can come and go as needed.
- Driving: Yes, must have a valid DL
