As an NCS, you will play a vital role in providing specialized care to newborns, including feeding, diapering, sleep training, and creating a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will be available for 12-hour shifts each evening, showcasing flexibility and reliability to accommodate the unique needs and schedules of both the newborn and their family. Health and safety are paramount, and the successful candidate must be up to date on vaccinations, including TDAP, FLU, and Covid. Additionally, the role entails offering guidance and support to parents on various aspects of newborn care, such as breastfeeding and establishing routines.
