Position: Caregiver
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 PM - 9:00 AM (Flexible by one hour)
Pay: $25 - $30 per hour (paid through payroll)
Overview: A compassionate and dedicated caregiver is needed to assist a loving elderly woman in Warminster, PA. The individual will be responsible for providing physical assistance due to the woman's arthritis, ensuring her comfort and safety during the evening and night hours. The husband, who also resides in the house, does not require any assistance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide physical assistance to the elderly woman, including mobility support and help with daily activities.
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare and administer meals and snacks as needed.
- Ensure the woman's comfort and safety during the night.
- Monitor and report any changes in the woman's health or behavior to the family.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in caregiving, particularly with elderly individuals.
- Ability to lift and assist with mobility.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, compassionate, and patient.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check.
