A busy couple in McLean, VA is seeking a smart, honest, and highly organized Personal Assistant. This position involves a wide range of tasks to support the couple in their day-to-day lives, particularly as they travel often. Experience is not important, but the ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, reliable, and capable of multitasking in a quiet, efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Run errands and assist with various personal tasks.
- Make phone calls and handle general administrative duties.
- Strong computer skills are a must, as the Mrs. will rely on you for tech-related tasks.
- Schedule pet care for their 3 dogs.
- Select and purchase gifts as needed.
- Arrange contractor schedules and oversee their work.
- Organize and create photo albums on the computer.
- Handle filing and other organizational tasks, including managing digital files.
- Assist the Mrs. in her home office with various tasks.
Requirements:
- Strong multitasking abilities with good judgment and attention to detail.
- Honest, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent computer skills, including familiarity with scheduling, filing, and organizing digitally.
- Ability to work quietly and efficiently.
- Russian-speaking is a plus but not required.
Compensation:
- $35/hour
- Full-time or part-time options available, with flexible scheduling.
