Residential Cleaner

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The House Cleaner will ensure that all assigned areas are cleaned to the highest standards, contributing to a welcoming environment for clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness in commercial spaces, ensuring all areas meet company standards.
• Conduct custodial duties such as waste disposal and restroom maintenance.
• Execute industrial cleaning tasks as needed, following safety protocols.
• Assist with floor care activities including buffing and polishing surfaces.
• Support facilities maintenance by reporting any issues or repairs needed in the cleaning process.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
• Uphold a professional demeanor while interacting with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid drivers' license, insurance, and your own vehicle.
• Must be able and willing to travel between Northern Kentucky and Ohio.
• Must be able and willing to provide your own supplies (we use natural products, mainly).
• Proven experience in residential cleaning is REQUIRED. You will not be considered without this.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.
• Knowledge of floor care practices, including buffing and maintenance of various surfaces.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Excellent time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to cleaning and maintenance.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 35 per week
