The Part Time/Seasonal Event Staff will provide high-quality service that will help maintain and attract customers for events. The Event Staff will have a positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure with all other staff. Main responsibilities will be providing great service to our external guests.

Position Expectations:

• Exceptional communication skills; engaging with internal and external guests
• Ensure guests are enjoying the service and the ability to take action to correct any problems as needed
• Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
• Work through complaints or problems with a positive attitude
• Proper attention to cleanliness and safety
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Servers/Bartenders must have prior experience

• Bartenders must be 21

• Servers must be 18

• Hosts and Bussers must be 16

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs

• Must be able to go up and down stairs

• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

• Must be willing to work some weekends and holidays

• Great communication and listening skills

• Ability to follow directions
