We seek a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial management of both our property development initiatives and social service programs, ensuring long-term organizational sustainability and growth.
Job Overview
The CFO will oversee all financial aspects of HACs operations, with a focus on supporting our mission of creating affordable housing while delivering critical social services. This role combines expertise in nonprofit financial management, grant compliance, and fundraising with experience in property development financials, including budgeting, financing, and real estate transactions. The CFO will work closely with the CEO, senior leadership, and the Board of Directors to align financial strategy with HACs mission and goals.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Leadership and Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement a comprehensive financial strategy that aligns with HACs mission and strategic goals.
- Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership to create financial plans that support both property development projects and social service programs.
- Provide financial leadership, forecasting, and data-driven insights to guide organizational decision-making.
- Regularly update and advise the Board of Directors on HACs financial performance and strategies.
