MUST LIVE IN VINCENNES DUE TO ON CALL
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Supervisor. Leadership skills, organization, and scheduling skills to help ensure efficient upkeep to properties including preventative maintenance You will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems and ensure facilities are tidy and functional. Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, heating and air conditioning. Candidate will have experience and solid technical knowledge. You must possess manual dexterity and physical stamina. Full time position includes medical, dental, vision, AFLAC, life insurance and PERF.
