HAI Group®[1], a property-casualty insurance company serving the affordable housing industry, is looking for an Assistant Online Training Developer Intern. Internship Program Mission :
To engage in the selection of undergraduate and graduate talent (in specific roles, advanced degrees) for an internship with HAI Group designed to support each student's focus of study by evoking the utilization of acquired knowledge, theory, and skills for practical application at work.
Internship Overview :
Areas of focus will be in providing support in the content development process. The Asst. Online Training Developer Intern would be expected to perform a variety of duties, including content development support, quality control review, studio production support, and administrative tasks.
This is a full time, paid internship that is required to be on-site in the HAI Group office, located in Cheshire, CT. The program will run from June- August.
Major Responsibilities :
- Building and updating SCORM compliant courses using Articulate Storyline 360.
- Assisting in the development of microlearning courses and learning experiences.
- Assisting in the creation of engaging online learning content and multimedia solutions.
- Collaborating with instructional designers on course development.
- Assisting in video production activities, including pre- and post-production tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.
