What are the responsibilities and job description for the Work Order Crew Team Leader position at Housing Authority of Bowling Green?
The purpose of this job is to perform skilled work in the maintenance and repair variety of appliances and equipment. Responsibilities include performing needed repairs on refrigerators, ranges, heating systems, air conditioners, and water heaters. Also, performs routine plumbing, electrical and roofing repairs.
High school diploma (or GED) required, with six months to one of maintenance experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this position. Must have a valid KY Driver’s License.
