The Grounds Maintenance Worker is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic appeal of the property. This position involves performing routine maintenance tasks to keep the grounds free of trash, debris, limbs, and other hazards, contributing to a clean and welcoming environment for residents, tenants, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities :
Grounds Maintenance :
Regularly patrol property grounds to remove trash, limbs, debris, and any other unwanted items.
- Monitor and address potential safety hazards, such as fallen branches, uneven walkways, or obstructions.
Landscaping :
Perform basic landscaping tasks, including trimming bushes, pulling weeds, and maintaining flower beds.
Property Upkeep :
Sweep, rake, and clean outdoor areas, including sidewalks, parking lots, and common spaces.
Communication & Reporting :
Report any damage, maintenance needs, or safety concerns to the Property Manager promptly.
