Examples Of Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Bachelor's Degree from a four (4) year college or university; experience in a non-profit setting. Master's Degree in social work or social work administration is preferred. Must have three (3) to five (5) years of experience with grant writing. Must have supervisory experience. Must have considerable experience in developing budgets.

Examples Of Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Generates revenues for Authority programs services through timely submission of well-researched, well-written, and well-documented fund-raising proposals.
- Conduct the full range of activities to prepare and submit proposals to Federal Agencies and Foundations.
- Direct and indirect supervision of department staff, set daily and weekly goals, ensure quality assurance, provide ongoing assistance to support a positive and productive working environment.
- Conduct ongoing research and tracking to identify potential sources of funding for local supportive services.
- Collect data and institute record-keeping practices and protocols that ensure the fulfillment of reporting obligation of funders such as private and public agencies, including the development of tracking tools in conjunction with Resident Services staff to assess program compliance and efficiency.
- Research and develop performance and evaluation measures.
