Property Maintenance Technician
We have an opening for a hard-working person to join our team of Maintenance Technicians at The Housing Authority for LaSalle County.
We have a fast-paced and diverse environment.
The right candidate will possess skills in some or all of the following:
- Appliance Repair
- Locks
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Building Exterior Repair
- Drywall Patching
- Basic Carpentry
- Painting
- Cleaning
We are offering Full Time employment, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM with excellent benefits.
On call after hours will be required on a rotational basis.
Applicants will be screened with a background check, drug screen (including cannabis), and driving history report.
A valid Drivers License and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. is required for this position.
