Public Housing - Occupancy Technician

The Housing Authority of LaSalle County in Ottawa, IL is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a full-time Public Housing - Occupancy Technician. You'll enjoy a full-time schedule, Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM with a flexible 1-hour lunch break. There is also flex time for appointments, etc.
THE BASICS
This rewarding position offers a starting pay of $15.50 per hour, with the opportunity for growth and advancement. YOUR DAY AS A PUBLIC HOUSING - OCCUPANCY TECHNICIAN
As a Public Housing - Occupancy Technician, you will spend your days calculating rents, mailing out packets, and processing paperwork to ensure the smooth operation of our programs. You'll be an integral part of our team, ensuring that our services are provided efficiently and effectively, ultimately improving the lives of those in our community. To do this, you need:
- Strong math skills
- Proficiency and automated word processing systems
- Excellent people skills
