Activities associated with the position include:
Legal Support Duties:
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings for General Counsel.
- Draft, review, and proofread contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence.
- Maintain and organize legal files, ensuring proper record-keeping and confidentiality.
- Assist in preparing materials for meetings, hearings, and presentations.
- Coordinate with outside counsel, clients, and regulatory agencies as needed.
- Track deadlines and manage calendars for legal filings, contract renewals, and compliance requirements.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of corporate documents, including licenses and regulatory filings.
- Prepare reports and summaries related to legal and compliance matters.
- Manage and update legal templates and internal policies.
- Support litigation efforts by gathering and organizing documents, coordinating schedules, and liaising with stakeholders.
Administrative Backup Duties:
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and office management tasks.
- Serve as backup to the executive administrative assistant during absences or high-volume periods.
- Assist with meeting coordination, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support executive leadership.

Pay: $48,734.40 per year
