Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential grant funding opportunities from federal, state, local, and private sources that align with the Housing Authority's strategic goals and priorities.
- Develop and write compelling grant proposals, including narratives, budgets, and supporting documentation, that clearly articulate the need for funding and the proposed project's impact.
- Manage the entire grant application process, including coordinating with internal departments, gathering required information, and submitting proposals by established deadlines.
- Oversee grant administration, ensuring compliance with all grant terms and conditions, including budget management, reporting requirements, and program implementation.
