Duties and Responsibilities
- Schedule and respond to work orders.
- Perform preventative maintenance to reduce expenses.
- Perform cosmetic and routine maintenance throughout the property.
- Conduct unit inspections throughout the year and complete identified maintenance items.
- Trouble-shoot electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
- Perform unit turnovers, including drywall repair, patch / paint, fixture repair, door locks, etc.
- Paint units and community areas throughout the property.
- Be available on-call for building emergencies.
- Other duties as assigned by the Site Supervisor or Program Manager.
- Empty garbage cans to dumpsters / push dumpsters outside the curb for pick up.
- Bag, tag, and store participants abandoned personal belongings.
- Organize storage area.
- Support in keeping the site safe, clean, and secure.
- Observe and report incidents.
- Replace empty propane cylinders
- Coordinate meal coordination and distribution.
- Inform Manager of emergencies.
- Sanitize common areas.
- Provide property management support in safety planning preventive maintenance, site sanitation planning, disaster preparedness planning, and other projects assigned.
