Duties and Responsibilities

• Schedule and respond to work orders.
• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce expenses.
• Perform cosmetic and routine maintenance throughout the property.
• Conduct unit inspections throughout the year and complete identified maintenance items.
• Trouble-shoot electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
• Perform unit turnovers, including drywall repair, patch / paint, fixture repair, door locks, etc.
• Paint units and community areas throughout the property.
• Be available on-call for building emergencies.
• Other duties as assigned by the Site Supervisor or Program Manager.
• Empty garbage cans to dumpsters / push dumpsters outside the curb for pick up.
• Bag, tag, and store participants abandoned personal belongings.
• Organize storage area.
• Support in keeping the site safe, clean, and secure.
• Observe and report incidents.
• Replace empty propane cylinders
• Coordinate meal coordination and distribution.
• Inform Manager of emergencies.
• Sanitize common areas.
• Provide property management support in safety planning preventive maintenance, site sanitation planning, disaster preparedness planning, and other projects assigned.
