Key Responsibilities
As part of this role, your key responsibilities will be to…
- Carry out internal and external decorating within agreed timescales and in accordance with Orwell’s property service standards.
- Ensure that the working area is cleared of any debris/materials once the work has been completed.
- Be responsible for keeping chemical and paint storage facilities tidy, and locked. Assisting with maintaining stock levels and organising storage areas.
- Carry out all minor pre-painting repairs.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues throughout Orwell to ensure the delivery of the organisation’s visions, values and objectives.
- NVQ Level 2 in Painting and Decorating or equivalent, is desirable
