In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing landscape projects, ensuring high-quality results, and fostering a productive and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, lead, and train landscape crew members to achieve project goals.
- Oversee and coordinate landscape jobs from start to finish.
- Operate various landscape equipment such as skid steers, dingoes, excavators, and more.
- Organize and manage equipment, personnel, materials, and project information efficiently.
- Ensure that all daily tasks are completed before dismissing crews.
- Maintain accurate records of time, materials, and equipment usage.
- Represent the company professionally to clients and potential clients.
- Conduct winter snow plowing and schedule maintenance of equipment.
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid MN driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Valid Class A CDL License
- Ability to pass a DOT Physical and drug screening.
- Proven ability to plan, estimate materials, read plans, and execute installations independently.
- Three years of experience in landscape industry
- Knowledge of basic power equipment and tools
- Strong leadership skills with prior experience managing a landscape crew.
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
- Maintain professional appearance and interact professionally with clients and crew
- Capable of lifting up to 100 lbs regularly and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Five years of experience in the landscape industry.
- Experience in foreman roles with a focus on crew management.
- Knowledge of plant material, patio, and retaining wall construction.
- Bilingual Spanish language skills are a plus.
- Snow and Plow Experience
- Commercial landscape experience
