Responsibilities
- Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
- Serve as the first point of contact for in-person visitors and vendors.
- Screen and direct incoming calls and take messages.
- Liaise with IT to resolve phone, computer, and printer issues.
- Assist with coordination of resident moves as needed.
- Organize and locate documents stored electronically and in paper files on a continual basis.
- Coordinate cleaning of temporary relocation and renovated units.
- Assist with cleaning vacant units as needed.
- Provide Spanish translation as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs, work in adverse weather conditions, and stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to walk up to 2 miles per day and ascend up to four flights of stairs at a time.
- Strong administrative skills and organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Able to work with diverse populations.
- Ability to work under time constraints on a variety of projects and tasks.
- Must speak fluent English.
- Spanish or other languages skills is a plus.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. required without sponsorship.
