Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County (HOC) is a leading organization in affordable housing.
The Applications Development Supervisor is a professional position responsible for supervising and coordinating the development and maintenance of HOC Information Technology software.
This role involves:
- Deploying solutions to cloud-based environments
- Controlling work assigned within agency objectives and resources
- Ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance
- Planning, overseeing, and implementing network/cloud systems
- Providing training and support to agency users
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least four years of IT experience in software development positions
- Experience with Yardi Systems is required
- At least two years of Supervisory experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and provide technical leadership to a team of programmers and data analysts
- Analyze information system needs and determine project scope and priority
- Plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance and resolve concerns
