Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a behavioral science.
- At least one year of full-time employment in human services, preferably in substance use treatment.
- Knowledge of case management, crisis counseling, community resources, advocacy, problem-solving, critical thinking, and documentation.
You will also benefit from having a Master's degree in a behavioral science and being certified in case management by the Kentucky Department for Behavioral Health, Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities (KBHDID).
