What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Supervisor position at HOUSING VISIONS UNLIMITED INC?
The Maintenance Supervisor position is a Full Time benefit eligible position, Monday – Thursday 7:00 am - 4:30pm, Friday 7:00am-11:00am, must be available for rotating on-call for evenings and weekends at our Oswego property located at 96 Hamilton St. Pay range is $25-$27/hr.

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the interior and exterior physical appearance (curb appeal) and upkeep of all assigned housing units. In a proactive fashion, ensures the units and buildings in the assigned region meet Housing Visions standards for integrity, quality through the oversight, sharing and completion of items in a safe manner such as work orders, turnovers, and projects. In a timely manner, communicates significant incidents, issues and or concerns to the Property Manager.
Salary : $25 - $27
