Compensation Range : $75,000 - $80,000 yearly commensurate with experience

Overview :

The Community Manager is responsible for the implementation and administration of contracts and grants relating to the Continuum of Care's Youth Action Board (YAB), including, most notably, the Youth Homelessness System Improvement (YHSI) initiative funded by the Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD). The Community Manager will oversee the growing portfolio of work being done in collaboration with young people with the lived experience of homelessness. The Community Manager, under the supervision of the Housing Director, will support the day-to-day operations of the YAB and the YHSI initiative.

Responsibilities : Primary :

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the YAB, including effectively corresponding with the New York City Continuum of Care (CoC), the Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD), and the NYC Fund to End Youth and Family Homelessness regarding YAB contracts and initiatives.
