As our Account Manager (PropertyOperator), your goal is to grow our property listings by showing landlords and student housing providers how myhousr can help them reach Lincoln’s large student population. You’ll build relationships, pitch the benefits of listing, and create a streamlined experience for landlords to engage with students seeking accommodation.

🤝What You’ll Be Doing
- Tailored Solutions: Work with property owners to create attractive listings that highlight the features students care about—proximity to campus, amenities, price, and more.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with property owners, ensuring they feel supported and see the value of staying engaged with myhousr.
- Account Management: After signing a property owner, you’ll maintain ongoing contact to ensure satisfaction and help them maximize their experience on the platform.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed about the local student housing market, including rental trends, popular student areas, and competitive offerings to ensure myhousr listings are compelling.
- Growth Goals: Drive user growth by meeting and exceeding monthly sign-up targets for new property listings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to optimize the listing process and improve the platform based on feedback from property owners.
- Relationship Builder: You’re great at building and maintaining relationships with property owners, landlords, and real estate professionals.
- Great Communicator: You can clearly explain the value of myhousr and how it benefits property owners, answering questions with confidence.
- Self-Starter: You’re a motivated, entrepreneurial person who can manage your own schedule, pipeline, and goals without needing constant supervision.
- Real Estate knowledge You understand the property rental market, especially when it comes to student housing and off-campus accommodations. You know how to pitch, negotiate, and close deals that satisfy both parties.
- Local Expert: You’re familiar with Lincoln and know which areas are popular with students, which properties they’re looking for, and what drives their housing decisions.
- Salary package: $56,000 (expected OTE to be $80,000 if 100% of targets achieved)
- Uncapped Commission (if you overachieve, you'll earn well above $80K)
- 20 days paid time off (PTO) the 7 listed federal holidays
- Medical, Dental and Vision at 100% cover, with the option to add dependents
- 100% 401(k) match to first 3% of your pay, 50% match to the next 2%

- First Stage - Exploratory screening call with our Talent Partner (30 mins)
- Second Stage - Video call with our President (Craig) and Snr Operations Manager (Ron)
- Third Stage - We’ll set you a take home task, requiring no more than 2hrs of your time. We’ll make it fun, we promise. We’d then like you to present your task to Craig, Ron and our COO (Nick) during a F2F meet:
- Part 1 - A chance for you to walk through your take-home task and for us to ask questions (30 mins)
- Part 2 - Wider ranging questions about your experiences and motivations for working at myhousr, approaches to certain scenarios, working style and what you’ll bring to this role (30 mins)
- Final Stage - A 30 min video call with our CEO (Harry)
