Internacional is looking for a dynamically skilled Community Manager. If you are a self-motivated leader willing to work in a fast-paced environment, we have the job for you!
As our Community Manager, you are the business leader of the asset. Your job is to manage the operations, finances, marketing, and staffing of an apartment community while ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service to our residents and prospects. Your duties will include: overseeing all community operations, maintaining exceedingly high levels of customer service, managing and executing marketing and leasing expectations, and motivating, challenging, and developing your team. Managers are also responsible for attaining targeted occupancy, capturing lease renewal goals, and achieving projected budget guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of college or the equivalent in industry-related courses such as CAM or CPM and a minimum of two years experience as a Property Manager. Experience with Yardi software preferred.
