Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring high levels of customer service and tenant satisfaction.
- Oversee property leasing activities, including marketing and showing units to prospective tenants.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant laws.
- Utilize Yardi for budgeting, financial reporting, and property management tasks.
- Address tenant concerns and conflicts, maintaining positive relationships within the community.
- Conduct regular property maintenance inspections and coordinate necessary repairs.
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies to attract new tenants.
