Being the Bilingual Manager of Client Services is responsible for the ongoing operations of Domestic Violence Programming at all sites, including adult, children, and youth services, such as supervising program staff; providing ongoing training of staff; developing programmatic policies and procedures consistent with best practices; ensuring quality assurance; and networking with community stakeholders. The manager will implement and provide services with a trauma-informed, healing-centered, and client-centered approach while assisting clients working toward self-sufficiency.
Your Schedule:
Tuesday-Saturday
- 9 a.m.-6 p.m. two days per week
- 11:30 a.m.-8:30 p.m. two days per week
- Saturday 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
- Flexibility required based on the need
- Local Travel: 25%
- Work Model: Hybrid

- Annual Compensation: $75,000

Qualifications
The Requirements We are Seeking:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
- LMSW, LCSW, or LPC
- A minimum of two years of experience providing counseling and group counseling experience working with vulnerable populations.
- A minimum of two years’ experience leading a team with direct reports.
- Experience working with children’s services is preferred
- Bilingual in both English and Spanish, able to read, speak, and write both languages fluently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams).
- Computer savvy and able to learn new applications and systems quickly.
- Strong data-entry skills.
- Texas driver’s license with a good driving record; ability to travel to off-site locations utilizing personal transportation, if applicable.
What you Deliver in this role:
- You will assist the Director in the evaluation and oversight of domestic violence services including implementation of program evaluation to ensure effective programming.
- You will cultivate existing relationships with community partners with the goal of ensuring access to services and resources
- You will be responsible for resource development regarding specific project needs as well as implementation and coordination of services provided to adult clients.
- You will coordinate with the Continuous Quality Improvement & Data Management team to ensure timely submission of records and reports.
- You will supervise the Counseling team, including hiring, training, preparing job descriptions, evaluation, separation, and developing policies and procedures.
- You will offer support and counseling related to sexual violence survivors as needed.
- You will plan and monitor the program budget and grant expenditures.
- You will attend and participate in community meetings/taskforces, etc. as assigned.
- You will keep accurate client records for monthly reports and meets all program deadlines.
- You will provide group and/or individual counseling to survivors of domestic violence, as needed.
- You will work cooperatively with other staff to ensure optimal utilization of resources and efficient management of the program.
- You will make Child Protective Services and Adult Protective Services reports as required and needed.
- You will work assigned schedule with adequate flexibility, may be required to provide support during other hours.
- You will advocate with other agencies on behalf of survivors.
- You will provide referral information, counseling, and emotional support in a non-judgmental, non-directive manner to clients.
- You will model and teach nonviolent discipline and conflict resolution skills to adults and children receiving services.
- You will ensure staff is utilizing Mobile Advocacy which includes meeting the client in the community, work, or other safe places, etc., and accompanying clients to appointments as needed.
