Summary/Objective:
The Stadium Operations Associate is integral to supporting the Woodpeckers front office team with diverse operational tasks at Segra Stadium. This role is perfect for those with a fervent interest in sports and entertainment, offering an opportunity to contribute to and refine the stadium’s operational workflow. Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

This job operates both in an office setting and in an outdoor stadium setting. The noise level is usually moderate but can be loud within the stadium environment. Most roles in this job will be expected to work outdoor in various weather conditions, including heat.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
This is a part-time and seasonal position. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be available to work weekdays, weeknights, and weekends during baseball season. Must be available to arrive up to one (1) hour prior to game time.
Travel
Travel is not expected in this role.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

- Assist in game day and non-game day event preparation and execution, including pre-game and post-game duties.
- Assist in arranging, assembling and disassembling the concourse for events and activities hosted at the stadium.
- Responsible for providing superior customer service via written, phone and face-to-face communication in response to guest related issues and concerns, and documenting the action taken to resolve incidents.
- Assist in upkeeping the stadium’s cleanliness and replenish supplies, as needed.
- Support leadership and Game Day staff when needed.
- Inform leadership of issues and on-going problems, offering suggestions for solutions; follow-up to ensure issues are addressed and problems resolved within the department in a timely manner.
- Attend all homestand meetings and ballpark walks and stay up to date on the policies and procedures of Segra Stadium. Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- In pursuit or recent completion of a Bachelor’s degree in related fields is preferred.
- High level of professionalism with ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
- Highly motivated with strong work ethic.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously while working in an outdoor environment.
- Previous experience with a professional sports team or college-level program is a plus.
- A solid understanding of baseball fundamentals is a plus.
