Wireless Account Associate Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to create strong professional relations allowing for our associates to present products and services
- Develop an understanding of all services offered by our clients to be well rounded and knowledgeable in offers
- Stay up to date on any new promotions and upgrades for wireless services and other services offered to give our customers the best solution to meet their needs
- Cultivate and maintain strong, customer-centric relationships with assigned accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Prepare regular sales reports to upper management, offering insights into team performance, customer feedback, and consumer trends
- Ensure all customer interactions and accounts being managed are compliant with client policy and kept confidential
Wireless Account Associate Requirements:
- Experience in customer service, sales, or any related field is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual in spanish and/or other languages is a bonus but not a requirement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, clients, customers and other departments
- Reliable transportation to and from our office space
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to handle challenges and conflicts
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to excel in a fast-paced environment and lead by example in managing multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,206.08 - $3,861.09 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
