LOCATED IN HOUSTON GALLERIA AREA. MUST BE IN OFFICE MONDAY - FRIDAY.
Well rounded, small offices, doing everything from assisting with processing orders, customer service, vendor relations, office vendor relations, QuickBooks – invoices, general reports, accounting a plus. Turvo for order processing / logistics (great software-google it). Documentation on shipping a plus – permits, regulations. Big focus is shipping in Latin / Mexico countries. Any importing / exporting knowledge would be great too! Company Intangibles : Global Co. in supply and distribution of oil products and petrochemicals. Candidate Intangibles : Professional phone voice – client driven environment, eager to learn, confident in QuickBooks & Excel skills, highly organized and understands the need to be flexible in a small office. Everyone does a little bit of everything. Bilingual Spanish / English a plus. Degree a plus.
