EDUCATION
At least an Associate's degree or sixty (60) semester hours to tutor in academic areas and at least a certificate to tutor for Workforce Programs.
Coursework must include the completion of at least six (6) credit hours in area of tutoring assignment with grade of A.
EXPERIENCE
One (1) year of work experience in post-secondary institution tutoring setting.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills
Must be well organized, task-oriented and flexible
Must possess good interpersonal skills to perform successfully in a large multicultural environment
Must be able to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends
