Purpose of the Job
Houston Dynamo FC 2 is seeking a Team Administrator. This individual will help facilitate the daily administration, operations, and logistics of the MLS NEXT Pro Team within the organization.
Duties and responsibilities
- Handle day to day Operations and Administration of Houston Dynamo 2.
- Coordinate the planning of preseason, in season and post season travel including air travel, ground transportation, hotels, meals, etc.
- Create daily / weekly / monthly schedules.
- Assist new players & staff with relocation process into Houston including but not limited to family travel, housing, utilities, phone, banking and transportation.
- Manage immigration matters and oversee P-1 Visa application process for foreign players and staff
- Responsible for onboarding new players in MLS NEXT Registration Portal and USSF Registration via COMET
- Coordinate transportation and hotel accommodation for trialist players.
- Liaison to Visiting Teams
- Coordinate MLS NEXT Pro Mandatory Player Training meetings and responsible for league compliance.
- Oversee Team Operations Budget
- Other duties as directed by the Assistant General Manager and Director Soccer Operations.
