The Club operates Shell Energy Stadium and Houston Sports Park.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Dynamo & Dash Charites is seeking to hire high-energy motivated sellers who are reliable, organized, and outgoing to serve on our 50/50 Raffle sales team for the 2025 Houston Dynamo and Houston Dash seasons. Houston Dynamo and Houston Dash will host the 50/50 raffle at all home games. We are looking for new sellers to help increase raffle ticket sales and support Dynamo & Dash Charities. This is a seasonal, part-time position.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- This is a seasonal, part-time position
- Promote the 50/50 Raffle program to Dynamo& Dash fans and explain how the program works.
- Actively sell, handle, and distribute 50/50 raffle tickets
- Answer questions fans may have about the 50/50 raffle program
- Effectively meet and exceed established sales goals
- Exhibit a positive attitude
- Perform excellent customer service to all fans
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to work 80% of all Dynamo and Dash home games with various hours including nights and weekends and the ability to arrive 2 hours before the start of each game
- Must exhibit a positive outlook that values customer service while serving a large fan base
- Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining organizational skills and a strong work ethic
- Should exhibit a genuine enthusiasm for community involvement within the sports industry
- Should be comfortable with technology (i.e. tablets, printers, card readers)
- Possess strong sales & interpersonal skills
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES
- Be able to stand for a long period of time
- Ability to go up and down the stairs multiple times during a shift.
- Be able to handle cash
