Daily Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Reviewing physician schedules for insurance information.
- Entering patient demographics
- Contact physician offices to gather missing information.
- Confirming eligibility and verifying specific benefit coverage
- Possess communication skills sufficient to interact with multiple departments and organizational ability to manage workload.
- Completes tasks and assignments in a timely manner.
- Utilizes time in a constructive manner.
- Able to act independently when necessary.

Houston ENT & Allergy Clinic is a 100 year-old Otolaryngology and Facial Plastic Surgery group practice serving the greater Houston area with 28 physicians and 12 clinical offices. Houston ENT & Allergy Clinic provides a progressive and dynamic work environment.
Qualifications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 3-5 years admitting /registration and /or billing and collections experience.
- Must possess strong knowledge of Medical Health Insurance Plans including Medicare
- Maintain high levels of confidential information.
- Excellent typing skills.
- Excellent grammar and spelling capabilities.
- Basic knowledge of billing and collecting process.
- Excellent phone skills and 1-3 years of customer service experience.
- Familiarity of medical and insurance terminology.
- Proficient in computer applications.
