We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual for the role ofRepresentative, Theater District to support the Theater District Team, both in event operations and event settlement and administration.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- ☒This position has no supervisory responsibilities
- Generates and distributes monthly event calendars for staff, security, and contractors
- Adds and deletes events in Momentous (formally Ungerboeck) booking system to post to Theater District calendar website, responsible for making sure event dates are correct in the system
- Produces reports from Momentous (formally Ungerboeck) for Budget purposes
- Updates and clean up AR aging accounting reports on previous eventsAssists Event Managers (Jones Hall and Wortham Theater) with managing theatrical events and developing core competencies related to all areas of event management
- Manages relationships with both front of house and back of house theater staff and to work together to find solutions to issues quickly
- Establishes and maintains relationships with common theatrical vendor companies (ushering, security, EMT, valet)
- Assists Sr. Manager, Capital Projects in coordinating with the Finance, Strategic Planning, Legal and Purchasing Departments and with all tasks related to project planning and execution of construction projects for all facilities, including budget transfers, requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, and other miscellaneous tasks
- Compiles project status and miscellaneous reports, as well as attends site walkthroughs and project meeting

- Associate's degree and/or experience in related field, and Momentous (formally Ungerboeck
