- Contract Drafting/Review/Approval Support
- Document Management and Compliance
- Legal Research and Analysis
- Administrative Support
- Risk Management and Compliance Support
Key Qualifications
- Expertise with a focus on contracts, procurement, or government law.
- Expertise in legal terminology and principles related to contracts and local and federal law, including 2 CFR 200.
- Expertise in contract drafting, review, and management best practices
- Exposure to public procurement processes, laws, and regulations
- Paralegal certification; notary public certification a plus
Do you have…
- Bachelor’s degree in an applicable academic discipline or related field of study
- 3 years of experience working with local government, nonprofit programs, school, or in job-related duties
