What will I bedoing?
ü Monitors and reviews workload, administrative practices, staff utilization, organizational structure and development, space utilization, and organizational, procedural, and operational systems through on-site visits, observation, and interaction with Workforce Solutions staff and management
ü Researches historical, current, and projected operations data to identify problems, causes, and areas requiring procedural or system changes
ü Researches new or improved business and management practices and reviews new guidance for application to operations
ü Follows internal processes and guidelines for program monitoring, testing, and reporting
ü Monitors and reviews compliance with program policies and procedures, statutes, contracts, and rules
ü Prepares comprehensive records and reports to present and interpret data, identify alternatives, and make and justify recommendations
ü Reviews and assists in evaluating service delivery system methods, outputs, and activities to identify gaps in resources and recommend improvements.
ü May assist in developing policy and procedure

ü Ability to work well individually and cooperatively with others.
ü Able to manage time and task completion to ensure work is completed thoroughly and on time
ü Enhanced objectivity and attention to detail for policy interpretation, testing and reporting
ü Demonstrate knowledge of organizational development and management practices as applied to the analysis, evaluation, development, and implementation of policies and procedures of methods and procedures analysis techniques; of work simplification methods; of forms and records design and control procedures; and statistical analysis
ü Ability to learn and use computer software related to workforce programs in Texas
ü Able to analyze problems, situations, or ongoing operations, draw conclusions, recommend and present findings and alternative solutions
ü Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and concisely at a professional level, both verbally and in writing
ü Travel within the region during normal business hours is required for this position
