What You’ll Do:
- Provide individual, couples, and/or group therapy sessions to clients.
- Conduct intake assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and track progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
- Collaborate with our team of therapists to provide holistic and client-centered care.
- Participate in clinical supervision and staff meetings to support your professional growth.
- Uphold the highest ethical standards and ensure client confidentiality.
- Manage a full-time case load of at least 25 sessions per week.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active licensure in counseling (LPC), marriage and family therapy (LMFT), social work (LCSW) in the state of Texas.
- Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work or a related field..
- Experience with treatment planning, progress notes, and crisis/safety planning.
- Ability to submit documentation to EHR within 72 hours of session.
- Knowledge and experience working with LGBTQIA individuals and issues such as gender dysphoria, coming out, and discrimination.
- Competence in trauma-informed care and culturally sensitive therapy.
- Interest in being trained in trauma-specific modalities (e.g. EMDR, ART, Brainspotting).
- Open-minded, empathetic, and nonjudgmental approach to therapy.
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive, affirming space for clients and colleagues alike.
