Work Shift:

Position requires technical and leadership skills to include basic troubleshooting. Assists or leads small or medium projects to install and/or maintain software systems. Duties include translating user requirements into the best possible technical solution, identifying problem causes, designing a solution, modifying the application or process, testing, implementation, and documentation of the solution. Project leadership roles will include learning how to direct and monitor progress on project tasks, making formal presentations to project team on accomplishments, issues, and solutions alternatives. Additional duties include but are not limited to monitoring system performance, applicable interfaces; share in on-call responsibilities for assigned systems; assisting/training end users. Communication to users and management are essential additional duties. Ensures that all applications are designed to meet user needs, run properly and interface to other Client systems as needed with efficiency in a production environment. Bachelor’s degree in the Business Sciences, Health Sciences, Information Systems from an accredited university or college. Experience my substitute for Education and Training.
Experience:
Minimum one (1) year experience in Information Technology or related Healthcare financial field is required. Or four (4) years of required experience may be substituted for Education & Training.

None.

Knowledge of application implementation, design, or development. Superior goal accomplishment skills, strong leadership skills, ability to manage conflict in a variety of situations; strong customer service orientation; superior organizational skills; strong communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to interact with multidisciplinary teams; demonstrated workflow process analysis and design; demonstrated facilitation/training skills; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, email, internet, intranet, and other systems.
