7a-7pAdministers, directs, and coordinates activities of patient care within the assigned department under the guidance of the Nursing Director. Responsible for the evaluation of patient care delivery. Supports the Nursing Director’s efforts to maintain interdepartmental quality controls and provides for departmental participation in performance improvement within the department and organization wide. Ensures appropriate resources to all internal/external customers. Responsible for all other duties assigned. Responsible for carrying out the mission, vision, values, and quality commitment of Houston Healthcare
