M-F 8A-4:30PI. Position Summary:
The Executive Secretary assists the Administrator of Perry Hospital by performing clerical and minor executive duties. In addition to clerical and related secretarial duties, the Executive Secretary is responsible for the credentialing process of the Medical Staff; coordinates functions between Administration, hospital and the Medical Staff; performs all duties in accordance with hospital policies; performs other tasks or duties, as requested to assure the safe and efficient functioning of the unit. Responsible for various survey completions.
II. Qualifications:
A. Education & Training:
High School graduate or GED equivalent
B. Experience:
Two (2) years as an administrative/executive secretary
C. Required Certification/Registration/Licensure:
None
D. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Utilizes a variety of standard office equipment and supplies. Proficient with personal computer and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure positive customer satisfaction.
Successful candidates will be subject to criminal background and drug screens.
