Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth. Full-time Outside Sales Representatives will have significant earning potential through a base salary and unlimited commissions. Travel is minimal as there are plenty of development opportunities right here in Houston. Be home every night.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of engagement with assigned current and future clients by creating and maintaining relationships.
- Develop, recommend, and implement individual sales plans and programs that support the company’s growth strategy.
- Participate in regular sales meetings by sharing activity updates, providing suggestions for new opportunities, providing key feedback from clients, etc.
- Ensure timely and thorough follow up to clients re: quotes, orders, inquiries, etc.
- Track orders and communicate any delays or issues to customers in a timely and proactive manner.
- Accurately enter RFQ information into CRM/Quote Tool, and update throughout the sales process
- Performs other duties as assigned
Skills:
- Self-starter, personable, ability to build internal and external client relationships easily
- Goal oriented and a team player
- Strong ability to negotiate and close deals
- Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn and use simple software suite including CRM and Microsoft Office.
Experience:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in manufacturing or service sales

Compensation for this position is a combination of salary, commission, and vehicle allowance. We will also consider part-time commission-only opportunities for those needing greater flexibility.
