Houston Marriott Westchase Hotel is looking to hire an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team!

Position Summary : As a PM Housekeeping Supervisor you play a crucial role in ensuring an attractive and well-maintained hotel by inspecting guest rooms to ensure it meets hotel standards. This individual is a proactive solution seeker, leading by example, and continuously encourages and engages team members. The successful candidate has a can-do attitude and will jump in where assistance is needed.
Scheduling : This is a Full-Time position that requires working 3 : 00 - 11 : 30 PM, with open availability to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs. The schedule will change weekly to support business demands and operational requirements.

Specifically, this role will be responsible for the overall support to the operations of the housekeeping department, including but not limited to :

The hotel operates seven (7) days a week and twenty-four (24) hours per day. All employees, both management and hourly, should be aware of this fact and that at times it may be necessary to move employees from their accustomed shift as business demands, and assist in other departments and / or job functions as needed and requested by management.
Qualifications :
This position requires strong communication skills and at least 2 years as a rooms inspector and supervisor, preferably in a hotel.
