Houston Methodist Willowbrook is currently seeking a Vascular NeuroHospitalist to join a well-respected practice and serve as the Medical Director for a Comprehensive Stroke Center Program in a rapidly growing area in NW Houston.

Houston Methodist Willowbrook Hospital is a not-for-profit, faith-based, 358-bed hospital located in Northwest Houston. Since opening its doors in 2000, the hospital has been providing highly specialized health care services to the community. - Community Engagement: Contribute to the healthcare needs of the rapidly growing area in Northwest Houston located off U.S. 249.
- Lead internal performance evaluations, create performance standards, and oversee the ongoing development of the program. This role requires balancing internal group development with external collaboration with hospital leadership.
- Mentor and develop the team, ensuring alignment with the hospital's strategic goals and continuous improvement of clinical and operational skills.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance patient care and operational efficiency, using innovative problem-solving approaches. Leverage data and quality metrics to drive continuous improvement in key performance indicators such as length of stay, readmission rates, and patient satisfaction.
- Perform a mix of administrative and clinical duties, actively participate in hospital-based committees, and collaborate closely with the Physician Organization (PO), APP leadership, and the CQO to ensure the highest quality outcomes.
- Must be Board Certified in Neurology and completed stroke fellowship
- Ability to obtain a Texas medical license or currently hold a Texas medical license in good standing.
- Leadership experience preferred.
