We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee our office operations and support our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have experience in managing administrative tasks, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining a productive office environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Minimum 1 year accounting experience within the automotive industry
  • daily deposits, vehicle titling
  • Maintain organizational systems for files, records, and documentation.
  • Manage vendor relationships and post Accounts Payable

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an office management or administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
