Position Summary:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver service with care and attention, always prioritizing quality and the well-being of the Members.
- Monitor and control access to the property, ensuring authorized individuals only enter designated areas.
- Conduct regular patrols of the property, both indoors and outdoors, to identify and deter potential threats.
- Respond promptly to incidents, such as alarms, suspicious activity, or emergencies, and take appropriate action.
- Adhere to emergency procedures, including fire safety, medical emergencies, and evacuation plans.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and other relevant documentation.
- Interact with members, guests, vendors and employees in a professional and courteous manner, providing assistance as needed.
- Monitor and operate security systems, including alarm systems, and access control system.
- Any other duties, as assigned.

Working Conditions:
- You will be working in variable temperature conditions (extreme heat or cold).
- You may experience variable noise levels.
Physical Requirements:
- Standing, stooping, bending and twisting for most of the workday.
- Remain in stationary positions for 30 minutes throughout the work shift.
